Champoeg State Heritage Area
Hiker-biker campsites are available on a first-come, first-served basis for $5 per night per person. Reservations for other sites are available online or calling 1-800-452-5687.
A limited number of parking spaces can be reserved by bicyclists to leave their vehicles overnight. Call the park, 503-678-1251, to make arrangements.
Willamette Mission State Park
A new hiker-biker camping area is available on a first-come, first-served basis for $5 per night per person. Beaver Island group campsite has room for 100 tent campers. This is a primitive area. Call 1-800-452-5687 for reservations.
Brownsville Pioneer Park
Limited overnight camping is available on a first-come, first-served basis during the summer, $15 per night for RVs and $10 per night for tents. Restrooms are available, but no showers or hookups. Call (541) 466-5666 for more information.
Armitage County Park
Armitage has bathrooms, boat ramp, trails, drinking water, full hook-up campsites, wi-fi, cable, dog park, picnic shelters, horseshoe pits, and sand volleyball courts.
Showers and hiker/biker sites will be built in 2010. The 37-site campground is open year-round. Call 541-682-2000 for more information or visit the website to make reservations.
